3.2 Membership Benefits
Members gain access to exclusive trade pricing on plumbing, heating, and electrical supplies through our collective buying power. Specific pricing, discounts, and availability are subject to supplier agreements and may vary.
3.3 Membership Term & Termination
Membership is available on an annual basis with the first year complimentary for new members. Subsequent years are subject to the prevailing membership fee. Either party may terminate membership with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment of fees.
The Service, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and other content ("Content"), is the proprietary property of Synergy Consortium Group Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Service without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Consortium Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
