The partnerships
Who they are and why we chose them
Every manufacturer below has been selected because they add something
specific to the framework — not simply because of price. Together they
cover the full build: heat, water, air, electrics and renewables.
Ideal Heating
We've partnered with Ideal on the heat pump side of their range — the
Logic Air monobloc heat pump, the HP290 pre-plumbed heat pump cylinder
and the wider pre-plumbed cylinder line, rather than their gas boiler
catalogue. Built in Hull, the combination gives members a single,
matched low-carbon package: outdoor unit, cylinder, controls and
pre-plumbed pipework sized to work together, which cuts on-site
assembly and commissioning time. Ideal's installer and technical
support network carries through to the heat pump range, so the
transition away from gas doesn't leave a knowledge gap on site.

Kudos
A British shower manufacturer with a strong reputation for build
quality and straightforward installation. Kudos gives our members a
consistent, warrantied showering package that reduces callbacks on
handover.

Deta
A UK electrical manufacturer covering the whole domestic electrics
package — consumer units and RCBO protection, wiring accessories,
lighting and EV chargers. Deta is on the framework because one
manufacturer across all of those categories means fewer part-numbers,
consistent standards and a single point of support when a site needs
boards, fittings and charging points on the same programme.

Project EV
EV charging is now a planning expectation on most new homes. Project
EV provides OZEV-approved, smart-enabled chargers with installer
support — letting members meet Part S requirements without a separate
procurement exercise.

Altecnic (Caleffi Group)
Part of the Caleffi Group, Altecnic is a UK manufacturer of heating
and plumbing controls. Their pressure-reducing valves, expansion
vessels and thermostatic mixing valves are the components that keep a
system compliant and long-lived.

Maincor
A UK underfloor heating and pipe systems specialist with in-house
technical design support. Maincor helps our developers move to wet
underfloor systems efficiently, with layouts and heat-loss
calculations supplied as part of the package.

ESI Controls
Energy Saving Innovation Controls specialises in smart heating
controls and metering. With the Future Homes Standard raising the bar
on efficiency, ESI gives our members the controls that demonstrate
real energy performance at handover.

Mitsubishi Electric
A global name in heat pump technology with an established UK training
and installer network. As developers move away from gas, Mitsubishi
Electric provides a proven Ecodan range with the support to de-risk
the transition.

RECOUP
A UK renewables specialist focused on recovering and reusing heat
energy. RECOUP supports our members in meeting sustainability targets
with systems that reduce waste heat and lower running costs for
residents.

BoilerMag
Magnetic filtration and system protection. BoilerMag is included on
the framework to help members protect heating systems from the day of
commissioning — reducing warranty claims and keeping efficiency
ratings intact.

UK Cylinders
A British hot water cylinder manufacturer supplying unvented and
heat-pump-ready cylinders. Their range allows our members to
standardise hot water across a site while meeting the higher storage
demands of low-carbon heating.

HiSPEC
A UK manufacturer working across fire detection, air quality and a
wide range of lighting solutions. That combination maps neatly onto
what a new-build plot actually needs: smoke and heat alarms for
Building Regulations compliance, ventilation and air quality products
that help demonstrate indoor air performance, and lighting across
amenity, communal and domestic areas. HiSPEC is on the framework
because it lets members source those three categories from one place —
one account, one delivery schedule, and products designed to work
together at handover rather than three separate supply chains to
manage.

Towelrads
Designer radiators and heated towel rails that help sales suites and
show homes stand out. Towelrads is on the framework so members can
upgrade specification and finish without breaking a fixed budget.

RWC
RWC covers plumbing valves, fittings and connections alongside John
Guest underfloor heating pipe and pipe systems — the parts that sit
behind every wall, floor build-up and manifold. A framework partner
because these are the components where delays and leaks are usually
born: consistent pipe specification across a site, valves that match
the pipe they connect to, and one technical contact when something
doesn't quite line up in the build-up.

Fast Amps
Designers and manufacturers of EV charging hardware, with the units
made here in the UK. That matters on a housing site: a British-made
charger means the design and build are held to UK standards from the
start, the supply route is short, and technical support is a UK call
rather than an overseas ticket queue. Every plot, communal point and
visitor bay can be specified on the same hardware, so installation,
commissioning and handover documentation stay consistent across the
whole development.
